BMS Design

We specialise in the design of building management systems (BMS). We can assist with all of the RIBA stages of design including stage 2,3,4 and construction stage 5.

Our services can be provided on a day rate and on a project-by-project basis.

Our controls engineering team consists of chartered professionals with at least 10 years of tier 1 project design experience - no project is too big or too small.

We can provide specifications for BMS projects for open tender and or support for your projects as a subcontract. We even offer installation works and can provide a full turnkey solution from design, installation and commissioning.

Air Source Heat Pump and Chiller Sequencers

Our speciality is designing integrating and commissioning sequencers that control primary heating and cooling systems. in complexed hydraulic systems. We offer design of a host of primary plant equipment such as:

Consulting

Our team offer consulting services to end users, contractors and or consultancy practices requiring specialist design work for BMS systems. We offer an online Microsoft Teams based service and an in-person service at your office or project site.
